Job Description
- Perform software testing according to project plans and requirements.
- Analyze requirements, create and review software test scenarios (test cases).
- Prepare test data and execute testing across different platforms.
- Identify, track, and report software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with related teams (Developers, BAs, QAs) to ensure product quality.
- Provide suggestions to improve testing processes and product quality.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or College degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields, or completion of a Tester training course.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in software testing.
- Good understanding of software development processes and software testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem detection, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive with good logical thinking.
- High sense of responsibility at work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- English and Japanese proficiency is a plus.
