IT SALES REPRESENTATIVE (EUROPE & AMERICA)

The IT Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing business opportunities in the information technology sector within the European and American markets. This role requires the ability to acquire new clients, maintain relationships with existing clients, and achieve sales targets by selling IT products/services such as software, cloud solutions, IT consulting services, or hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
    • Identify and approach potential clients in Europe and America through channels such as email, social media (LinkedIn), webinars, and industry events.
    • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients (leads) to generate sales opportunities.
    • Analyze client needs and propose suitable IT solutions.

2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients in Europe and America.
    • Assist clients with inquiries, provide basic technical advice, and collaborate with the technical team to meet client requirements.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality after-sales support.

3. Sales Target Achievement:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
    • Track sales progress and provide regular reports to the manager.

4. Market Research:

    • Monitor technology trends and competition in the European and American markets to adjust sales strategies.
    • Stay updated on competitors and propose solutions to enhance competitiveness.

5. Internal Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns promoting products/services.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with exposure to the European and American markets.
    • Knowledge of IT products/services such as enterprise software (SaaS), cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or hardware.
    • Fluent English communication skills (speaking and writing), with the ability to work with international clients.
    • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
